The experience I had with reading Howl was a bit of a struggle. It was a lot to follow everything that was going on. There were a lot of words and sentences that kind of dragged on and on, so it was a lot to take in at first. Some words stuck out for me, but overall, it was hard to imagine exactly what the author was trying to get across.
When I was able to see the words of the poem Howl "come alive" it connected me to the piece a bit more. I thought it gave the written version soul and depth. Some of the feelings I got while watching the video were darkness, desperation, dinginess, edge. I was also able to follow along with the story a bit better seeing it happen right before my eyes.
I liked how the author used skeletons a lot in the video. I thought that added to the darkness of the story.
